Graham Cracker Pudding #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar, divided
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, separated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    In a double boiler, heat milk.
    Combine separately 1/2 cup sugar, flour, 1 whole egg, 2 egg yolks and salt.
    Stir into hot milk and cook until thickened.
    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and graham cracker crumbs.
    Beat 2 egg whites to stiff peaks.
    Add sugar and fold into pudding.
    Chill.
    Yield: 8 servings.
