Banana Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 large ripe bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cream together shortening, margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt, gradually add to creamed mixture.
    Add milk and vanilla.
    Fold in bananas.
    Pour into a prepared tube pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
