Microwave Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    1 onion
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper
    McMolly butter
    McMolly cheese
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Wash and peel potatoes (can leave skin on).
    Cut potatoes in slices.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Melt butter with water.
    Lay 1 layer potatoes in dish and cut onion.
    Sprinkle little Mrs. Dash, McMolly butter and cheese.
    Add another layer of potatoes and sprinkle with spices.
    Can do this 2 to 4 times, depending on amount.
    Cover with Saran Wrap and cook in microwave oven about 20 minutes until tender!
