Grandma'S Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cranberries
    2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. cherry Jell-O
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 medium can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Cook cranberries in as little water as possible.
    Add 2 cups sugar when berries have stopped popping.
    After sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and add 2 packages cherry Jell-O. Cool and add celery, nuts and pineapple.
    Mix well.
    Turn into desired container and chill until set.
