Zucchini Cheddar Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. shredded fresh zucchini
    3/4 c. toasted almonds
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease and flour loaf pan.
    Saute onion in margarine; cool.
    Mix baking mix, parsley, basil, thyme, milk and eggs; beat vigorously for 1 minute.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bake for about 40 minutes.
