Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 (1/2 c.) stick butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    confectioners sugar
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Process flour and pecans in food processor or until nuts are very finely chopped.
    Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until pale and fluffy.
    Gradually beat in flour mixture just until blended.
    Roll level tablespoons of dough into balls.
    Place 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until browned.
    While warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool completely.
    Then roll in powdered sugar again.
