Flautas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    1 lb. chicken (approximately 6 chicken breasts)
    oil (sufficient for deep fat frying)
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Steam the chicken until it is cooked.
    Debone and shred the cooked chicken in small pieces.
    Warm tortillas on a hot plate, one at a time.
    Place a desired amount of chicken on the warm tortilla.
    Roll the tortilla and place a toothpick to hold intact.
    Fry the rolled tortilla until golden brown.
