Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar.
    Stir cornstarch in half of the water and bring to a boil.
    Pour in the rest of the water and cook until clear and thick.
    Cool cornstarch slightly before adding the egg whites.
    Add the egg whites and add the vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
