Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 c. skim milk
1 c. cornflakes, crushed
1 tsp. rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix cornflakes with rosemary, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in milk and roll in seasoned crumbs.
Let stand briefly so coating will adhere.
Place chicken in an oiled baking pan.
Line pan with foil for easy clean up.
Do not crowd.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or more.
