Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. cubed cooked ham
    1/2 chopped bell pepper
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/4 c. oleo
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery and carrots.
    Saute ham, green peppers and onions in oleo.
    Place ham mixture in greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Melt 1/4 cup oleo in heavy saucepan.
    Add flour. Stir until smooth.
    Gradually add milk.
    Cook until thickened. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper.
    Pour over ham and vegetables. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
