Syllabub - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. apple juice
    1/2 c. milk
    dash of salt
    2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, stir with whisk.
    Gently fold whipping cream into mixture until frothy.
    Refrigerate.
    Serves 12 people.
