Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    6 to 8 pieces chicken
    salt
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope instant onion soup
    2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Butter a large casserole.
    Spread rice in the bottom. Sprinkle chicken with salt and arrange over rice.
    Combine cream of celery and cream of mushroom soups.
    Dribble over chicken. Sprinkle instant onion soup over all.
    Pour broth around, not over, the mixture.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.
