Brown And Serve Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. scalded milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter (oleo)
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
5 to 6 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Scald milk; add sugar, salt and butter.
Cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in water.
Add to milk.
Add enough flour to make soft dough. Knead lightly.
Place in greased bowl.
Brush top with melted butter.
Cover; let rise until double in bulk.
Shape into rolls.

Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from pan; butter top.
