Beef Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef cut in thin strips
    1/2 c. butter
    4 c. chopped celery
    2 c. onions
    1/4 c. water
    2 lb. bean sprouts
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 tsp. salt
    cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown meat in butter and add celery, onions and 1/4 cup water.
    Steam on medium-high for 20 minutes.
    After vegetables have steamed add bean sprouts, molasses, soy sauce and salt. Steam 10 minutes more and thicken with cornstarch.
    Serve with rice or chow mein noodles.
