Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
1 c. oil
3 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Beat eggs and add other ingredients.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
