Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork (Boston butt)
    5 lb. beef
    2 1/2 lb. onions
    1 oz. hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 oz. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. ketchup
    1 stick margarine
    dash of black pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Put pork and beef in Dutch oven.
    Brown in butter; add onions. Cover with water.
    Simmer 4 or 5 hours.
    Cool.
    Skim off excess fat and add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 2 or 3 hours.
