Coney Sauce(For Large Crowd) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. pepper
    3 heaping Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 gal. tomato puree or sauce
    3 large onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    sprinkle of garlic powder
    small amount ketchup
Preparation
    Cook hamburger so it is not lumpy.
    Combine salt, pepper, sugar and chili powder and sprinkle garlic powder on these ingredients. Add tomato puree and ketchup.
    Stir and simmer for a few minutes. Then add onions.
    Stir together but do not cook any more.
    Makes 1 gallon sauce.
