Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 regular pkg. frozen medley broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    2 c. cut-up Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook vegetables and place in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Spread cheese on top of vegetables.
    Crumble crackers and top with melted butter.
    Spread over top of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
