Royal Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine egg yolks, salt, sugar and lemon juice in mixer bowl. Beat until very thick.
    Fold into stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Fold in flour gently.
    Spoon into ungreased waxed paper-lined tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Invert on funnel to cool completely.
    Loosen cake from side of pan.
    Invert onto cake plate.
