California Fruit Plate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
8 fresh figs, cut in quarters
2 c. fresh raspberries
2 Tbsp. honey
4 lemon wedges
Preparation
-
Place 1/2 cup cottage cheese on each of 4 salad plates. Surround cottage cheese with 8 quarters of figs; sprinkle raspberries over figs.
Drizzle honey over fruit and cottage cheese.
Squeeze lemon over all.
