Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix rhubarb, sugar, water and flour.
    Bring to boil.
    Add beaten egg yolks and return to boil.
    Remove from heat and add extract.
    Cool, then pour into baked pie crust.
    Beat egg whites; add 4 tablespoons sugar and beat again.
    Put on top of pie, then brown top in oven.
