Banana Split Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
2 bananas, sliced
1/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 c. water
8 large marshmallows
2 tsp. lemon juice
5 tsp. all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Drain pineapple, saving 1/2 of juice.
Set aside.
In a saucepan, boil water, all jello and marshmallows.
Stir until dissolved.
Chill until partially set.
