Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. bacon pieces
sprinkle of parsley
1 c. cornflakes or cracker crumbs
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cornflake crumbs and some cheese. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with reserved cheese and crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes, uncovered.
