Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.
In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until mixed.
Do not beat.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
Let cool.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
