Zucchini Mexican Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated zucchini
    3/4 c. celery
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 tomatoes, in wedges
    1 medium onion, sliced and separated in rings
    1/2 green pepper, cut in strips
    1/3 c. taco sauce
    1/4 tsp. basil leaves
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute zucchini, celery, carrot, onion and green pepper in hot oil in large skillet for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in the taco sauce, mustard, basil, salt and pepper.
    Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes.
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
