Hawaiian Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. pkg. orange muffin mix
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 1 Tbsp. syrup)
    1 beaten egg
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine muffin mix and flaked coconut.
    Drain pineapple.
    Add pineapple, beaten egg and 2/3 cup milk to dry ingredients.
    Blend only until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
