Blintze Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine
    12 frozen blintze or crepes (frozen food section of grocery store in any flavor)
    12 oz. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. orange juice
    cinnamon and/or nutmeg
Preparation
    Melt margarine in baking dish (9 x 13 x 2-inch).
    Lay blintzes in pan frozen (not touching).
    In blender, put remaining ingredients and blend.
    (If you don't have a blender, a mixer is fine.)
    Pour mixture over blintzes.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or nutmeg.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Uncover and bake an additional 1/2 hour.
