Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. finely minced garlic
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
3 dashes of hot pepper sauce (optional)
1/2 c. diced ripe tomato
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Puree 1 avocado, lime juice and garlic in a food processor. Coarsely mash 2 avocados with a fork in a bowl.
Stir in the pureed avocado, cumin, onion, pepper sauce, diced tomatoes, cilantro, and salt and pepper.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
