Chicken And Pineapple Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 slices white bread
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine cubed chicken, pineapple, mayonnaise, green pepper and salt.
    Evenly divide mixture into 4 slices of bread and spread to edges.
    Top with lettuce leaves and cover with remaining 4 slices of bread.
    Cut and serve.
    470 calories per sandwich.
