Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. crabmeat
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 lb. uncooked macaroni
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1 can drained peas
    3 eggs
    2 stalks finely chopped celery
Preparation
    Hard-boil eggs and cook macaroni noodles.
    In a large serving bowl, combine celery, peas and mayonnaise.
    Chunk crabmeat (imitation crab will do) into bowl.
    Peel eggs and let cool.
    Boil macaroni for 8 to 9 minutes.
    Drain and rinse with cold water; drain again.
    Chop eggs and add eggs and macaroni with crabmeat mixture.
    Add relish and stir thoroughly.
    If desired, serve immediately or refrigerate for several hours before serving.
