Raspberry Smoothies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plain nonfat yogurt with aspartame sweetener
1 c. crushed ice
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp. honey
2 packets sugar substitute or equivalent of 4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Place all ingredients in food processor or blender, process until smooth. Scrape down sides as needed. Serve immediately.
