Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    4 eggs
    6 oz. or 1 c. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until just tender; drain.
    Beat eggs, cottage cheese and salt together.
    Add mix, margarine, onion and broccoli. Bake in iron skillet or 8 1/2 x 11-inch pan for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0 to a light brown.
