Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cut up cabbage with knife.
    Grate small onion on top of cabbage.
    Sprinkle sugar over cabbage and onions.
    Pour sauce over cabbage mixture.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    Toss lightly just before serving.
