Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ears corn
    1 medium head cabbage
    3 sweet green peppers
    3 red peppers
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 qt. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Blanch corn 2 minutes before cutting off cob.
    Drop into cold water.
    Chop cabbage and peppers, then cook all together for 20 minutes.
    Pack in jars.
    Put in water bath for 25 minutes.
