Prawns Lejon - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            28 nice size prawns
 
8 oz. butter
4 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. diced yellow onion
1 oz. lime juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 oz. brandy
4 oz. sweet vermouth
1 tsp. chopped parsley
pinch of white pepper and salt
Preparation
- 
                            Saute green onion, yellow onion, parsley and prawns in the butter.
 
Flame with brandy and add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for one minute.
Serve as a first course of entree.
