Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecan halves

Preparation

Beat 1 egg white until it stands in peaks.
Mix brown sugar in egg whites and vanilla.
Stir in pecan halves until each pecan half is covered with mixture.
Place each pecan 1 inch apart on cookie sheet and bake 30 minutes in 250\u00b0 oven.
