Fried Banana Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 to 2 Tbsp. milk
    flour for dredging
    salt and pepper
    deep fat for frying
    banana peppers
Preparation
    Split peppers and remove seeds.
    Beat egg with milk.
    Dip peppers in egg and milk and roll in flour, seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Dip again in egg and milk and back into flour.
    Fry in deep fat at 360\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Serve at once.
