Corn And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. yellow rice
1 regular sie can Mexicorn
1 can Campbell's cream of celery soup
spices: pepper, paprika, dash of chili powder or your favorite spice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated sharp Cheddar
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Cook yellow rice as on the package directions.
Add margarine. Put in spices to your taste preference.
Add the can of Mexicorn, adding the liquid also (do not drain).
Mix well.
Then add can of cream of celery soup.
Mix well.
Put in oven at 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until it is heated thoroughly.
Add the package of grated cheese on top of this and place back in the oven until the cheese has bubbled on top.
