Wheat Germ Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. Karo
2 Tbsp. water
3 c. oatmeal
2/3 c. wheat germ
1 c. chopped nuts
2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Preparation

Mix altogether and spread on greased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
While still warm, cut in bars and remove from pan.
(Don't let them harden in pan.)
