Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
salad oil
confectioners sugar
Preparation

In a 2-quart saucepan, heat water, butter, sugar and salt until boiling.
Remove from heat and add flour all at once.
With wooden spoon, stir ingredients until fully combined and mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a small ball.
Add eggs, one at a time, until smooth and glossy.
