Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
pinch of salt
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
Preparation

Beat eggs and salt well. Stir in milk, sugar, cornstarch, crumbs and butter.
Add corn. Pour into 2-quart casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
