Turnip Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. turnips
    1/4 c. light cream or evaporated milk
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. corn meal or uncooked Cream of Wheat
Preparation
    Pare turnips and boil in salted water.
    Drain; mash (makes 2 cups mashed).
    Add light cream or evaporated milk, egg, oleo, brown sugar and corn meal or Cream of Wheat.
    Bake 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
