Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. chopped cooked turkey
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. Swiss cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt, turkey, celery, green pepper, onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, cheese, soup and 1 cup cracker crumbs in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
