New Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small new red potatoes (about 1 lb.)
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    4 tsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped dill (if desired)
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. diced onion
Preparation
    In 1-quart saucepan, combine potatoes with enough water to cover; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and let simmer until potatoes are fork-tender, about 25 minutes; drain well.
    Transfer potatoes to salad bowl and set aside.
