Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs, unbeaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted (or margarine)
1/2 c. lemon juice
grated rind of 2 lemons
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Stir together the sugar, flour and cornstarch.
Add eggs, milk, melted butter, lemon juice and grated lemon rind.
Beat with mixer until thoroughly blended.
Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie crust and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
