Sandy'S Mushroom Swiss Bread - cooking recipe

1 loaf French or Italian bread
10 to 12 slices Swiss cheese slices
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
2 sticks margarine or butter
4 oz. can or fresh mushrooms
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation

Slice bread diagonally one way, then the other way, making a diamond effect.
Place bread on foil; stuff generously with Swiss cheese and mushrooms.
Melt butter and mix with all other ingredients.
Pour over bread.
Cover with foil and seal.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
