Butter Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 pt. cream
Preparation
    Blend flour, 2 tablespoons sugar and salt and cut in butter as for pie crust.
    Dissolve yeast and 2 teaspoons sugar in milk.
    When foamy, add egg yolks which have been beaten with cream.
    Combine with flour mixture and mix well.
    Chill several hours or overnight. Divide into 3 parts.
    Cut each part into 3 pieces and roll and twist to form butter ring.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
