Armadillo On Half Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium to large armadillo
    1 lb. onions
    6 toes garlic
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Clean armadillo thoroughly!
    Remove all flesh and hair from shell (use a whole shell not a broken one, i.e., messy road kill). Saute meat in butter until brown.
    Combine other ingredients and simmer until done.
    Replace ingredients and meat into shell.
    Cover with Parmesan and bread crumbs.
    Microwave on Medium setting for 5 minutes.
    Oven bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
