Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. soda
2 c. pumpkin
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. coconut (flaky)

Preparation

Cream sugar and oil; mix in eggs.
Beat flour and soda into mixture.
Add pumpkin and cinnamon.
Add nuts and coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
