Lorraine'S Chili Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    10 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 (8 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 lb. grated Jack cheese
    1 tsp. salt (plus or minus)
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan, approximately 11 x 15 x 2-inch.
    Add flour and baking powder to beaten eggs and beat to blend.
    Add chilies and cottage cheese to egg mix.
    Pour over melted butter. Sprinkle with salt and grated cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 and then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes.
    Cut into small squares and serve hot.
    May be made ahead and frozen.
